Will my files have lower quality when recovered?
No, we retain the full quality of files so clients receive their files perfectly intact. However, clients are discouraged from saving the recovered files in the corrupted storage device to avoid losing the files again.
How long will it take to recover my files?
Once an appointment has been scheduled, recovering the files will take around 1 to 2 hours. Clients are requested to bring a functional hard drive or flash drive where the recovered files can be transferred for easier processing.
